You will be joining Clara Edtech as a Client Success Manager (CSM). In this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks: - Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking. - Onboarding and training new clients. - Following up on renewals. - Building relationships between customers and the support team. - Being the voice of the customer. Your main Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be the successful transition from the sales pipeline (prospects) to the support pipeline (active users).
