We are on a mission to help busy professionals break free from chronic back pain and reclaim their lives. As a Client Success & Growth Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients, engaging with our community, and learning the ropes of business growth.

This role is ideal for freshers who are fluent in English & Hindi, love interacting with people, and want to learn directly under the mentorship of the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage client calls (paid, qualified, lead, and follow-up).
• Handle WhatsApp & Instagram DMs and provide quick, clear responses.
• Learn to manage and update the CRM system.
• Support and nurture community groups (pre-call and post-call).
• Create & share Zoom links for calls and sessions.
• Call clients/leads to confirm bookings, clear doubts, and collect feedback.
• Send reminders before calls to ensure attendance.
• Support in generating organic leads through social media engagement.
