Client Success Executive

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all internal and external communication of the company. This includes arranging and coordinating with clients, as well as planning events, webinars, and sessions. Your attention to detail is crucial as you will need to adhere to the company's style guide to ensure the production of high-quality and error-free copy. Additionally, building and maintaining relationships with internal and key external vendors/clients will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all internal and external communication for the company - Coordinate with clients and plan events, webinars, and sessions - Ensure adherence to the company's style guide for high-quality copy - Build and maintain relationships with internal and key external vendors/clients Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience or individuals with experience in coordination roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, and a yearly bonus.
