Client Engagement specialists play a crucial role in managing all internal and external communication for businesses. They are responsible for arranging and coordinating with clients, as well as planning various events, webinars, and sessions. It is essential for Client Engagement specialists to adhere to the company's style guide to ensure the production of high-quality and error-free content. Additionally, building and maintaining relationships with internal and key external vendors and clients is a key aspect of this role. Candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 0 to 2 years of experience, with a focus on good communication skills or prior experience in coordination roles. Freshers without experience are also encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
