Job Description

As the Client Success Manager at Zenda, you will be responsible for owning the overall relationship with clients. Your role will involve managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, and ensuring retention. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity and highlighting best practices. It will be crucial for you to establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to drive the continued value of our products and services. Additionally, you will be expected to drive the resolution of issues escalated by clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be key in understanding client needs, maximizing retention and growth, and communicating learnings. Collaborating, problem-solving, and strategizing upcoming client meetings with internal team members will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to gather, analyze, and own CS metrics and data as directed for assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention for clients - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and rapport - Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive product and service value - Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high satisfaction levels - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with internal team members for client meetings - Gather, analyze, and own CS metrics and data for assigned accounts Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Analytical and process-oriented mindset - Technical competence and understanding of SaaS preferred - Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker - Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning - Willingness to travel to client locations on short notice, when required Please note that this job posting is from Zenda.,
