Job Description

As the Account Manager at Zenda, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with clients by managing various aspects of the client lifecycle. Your role will involve onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, and ensuring client retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust, identifying opportunities, and documenting best practices. Additionally, you will establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive the continued value of Zenda's products and services. Your dedication to resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction will be crucial in this role. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, understanding client needs, and maximizing growth opportunities will also be key responsibilities. Collaborating with the internal team, problem-solving, and strategizing upcoming client meetings will be part of your daily tasks. Gathering, analyzing, and owning customer success metrics and data for assigned accounts will also be required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own overall relationship with clients, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention. - Serve as the primary contact for clients, building trust, identifying opportunities, and documenting best practices. - Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive the continued value of products and services. - Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs, maximize retention and growth, and share insights. - Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with internal team members. - Gather, analyze, and own customer success metrics and data for assigned accounts. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical and process-oriented mindset. - Technical competence and understanding of SaaS preferred. - Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker with the ability to adjust priorities quickly. - Passionate about business results, quality, accountability, and ownership. - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning. - Willingness to travel to client locations on short notice when required.
