Some knowledge of the B2E [Business to Employee] landscape #GoogleIt Understanding of social media platforms, content formats & analytics. A keen interest in psychology, sociology, and people behavior #NotAfraidOfExcel Some experience either through an internship or part-time experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting. Being meticulous, detail oriented & focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external) Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Managing key projects with efficient execution across cross-functional teams Cracking briefs, processing and executing client projects independently Developing social media strategies to drive engagement across platforms Oversee planning, ideation, and process reforms across internal teams and for clients across platforms Work closely with content teams to identify and deliver against key performance benchmarks Create content calendars and plan execution Analyze, craft, and help optimize reports on social performance and trends Creating snappy, superbly written content to engage existing followers and to attract new ones. Planning, strategizing, and execution of campaigns Creating monthly and quarterly reports to determine efficacy and meet KPIs. Preferred qualification is degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Phew! Thats quite something. But don t tell us we never told you!
