Job Description

As a Client Solutions Specialist, your role involves assisting clients by providing innovative solutions and unparalleled services. Your responsibilities include analyzing client configuration requests, designing customized solutions, implementing product systems, and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, maintaining project-related documents, advising clients on best practices, providing system training, and collaborating with team members on software releases. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client configuration requests and design customized solutions - Implement customized product systems to address unique business requirements - Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via email and phone - Manage incoming calls in a phone queue and deliver exceptional customer service - Maintain and update all project-related documents and tracking systems - Establish and review cases and tasks in ClientSpace - Advise clients on best practices and offer guidance for optimal software utilization - Conduct comprehensive system training, testing, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with team members on software releases - Lead peer training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert on software Additional Details: The company emphasizes building, maintaining, and promoting relationships with team members and peers across disciplines. You will attend webinars and training sessions to stay updated on best practices related to the company and department. Additionally, you will complete projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred - Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn other applications - Experience with Time Labor Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, ClientSpace, and PrismHR preferred As a Client Solutions Specialist, you should possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with others effectively. Your role will involve prioritizing and executing tasks within tight deadlines, adapting to changes, and supporting the organization's preferences and priorities.,
