Job Description

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the real estate sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our top clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve understanding client objectives, strategizing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective marketing solutions that yield measurable results. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with clients to comprehend their marketing goals, challenges, and market positioning. You will be tasked with planning, executing, and supervising marketing campaigns across digital, offline, events, and activations. Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and presenting insights to clients for continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to enhance client value will be crucial. You will coordinate with creative, digital, and performance marketing teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results. Resolving client issues promptly and upholding high service standards will be essential in this role. Staying informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations is vital. Additionally, you will assist in new business pitches and client onboarding as necessary. Requirements for this position include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have 3-6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a Marketing/Advertising/Real Estate agency. A strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines. A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards is also necessary for this role.,
