• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and understanding of their objectives.

• Gather detailed client briefs for eventspecific presentations and ensure alignment on deliverables.

• Collaborate with creative teams (designers, motion graphic artists) to ensure presentations meet client needs.

• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

• Oversee the creation of eventready presentations, ensuring they align with the event?s objectives, theme, and brand guidelines.

• Ensure presentations are designed for large screens, projectors, or other eventspecific formats.

• Provide realtime support during event rehearsals or live events, making adjustments as needed.

• Gather and communicate client feedback to creative teams, ensuring revisions are implemented seamlessly.

• Conduct quality checks on presentations and other deliverables to ensure consistency and professionalism.

• Minimum 4?6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or eventfocused agency.

• Proven experience managing eventspecific presentation projects is a must.

• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for presentation design.

• Basic understanding of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage high profile clients.
