Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in exceeding revenue targets and maintaining relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that all revenue targets set by the management are not only met but exceeded. - Maintaining and growing relationships with allocated clients, aiming for a certain percentage of growth year on year. You will visit each client at least once a week, regardless of whether there is a specific brief. - Clearly understanding each client brief and delivering impeccable proposals to achieve successful closures. This involves coordinating with internal departments for support and ensuring the quality of all materials provided to clients. - Developing a standard operating procedure (SOP) and checklist for operations. - Mentoring and guiding your team to enhance their client retention, acquisition, and presentation skills. In addition to the key responsibilities, the qualifications required for this role include: - Serving as the strategic point of contact for senior clients and building strong relationships with them. - Collaborating with the team to offer creative solutions to potential clients and enhance the business with existing clients. - Mentoring and developing your team to address client and internal challenges creatively and promote knowledge-sharing among all disciplines. - Establishing an efficient process and communication flow between the client servicing team and other departments. - Identifying new opportunities and initiatives to contribute to client business growth. - Leading multiple projects and new business initiatives while ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
