Client Servicing-Group Head Experiential Events

As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in exceeding revenue targets and maintaining relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that all revenue targets set by the management are not only met but exceeded. - Maintaining and growing relationships with allocated clients, aiming for a certain percentage of growth year on year. You will visit each client at least once a week, regardless of whether there is a specific brief. - Clearly understanding each client brief and delivering impeccable proposals to achieve successful closures. This involves coordinating with internal departments for support and ensuring the quality of all materials provided to clients. - Developing a standard operating procedure (SOP) and checklist for operations. - Mentoring and guiding your team to enhance their client retention, acquisition, and presentation skills.
