Position: Client Servicing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event/wedding lifecycle.
• Understand client expectations, communicate briefs clearly, and ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, décor, planning, logistics) to deliver smooth event experiences.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term association and referrals.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service pitches.
• Participate in meetings, venue visits, and event rehearsals with clients.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain service standards.
• Handle client queries professionally with a problem-solving approach.
• Support the sales team in closing deals and generating business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Client Servicing is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in the hotel industry (Front Office, Banquets, Sales, Guest Relations, Event Sales).
• Strong understanding of sales, customer handling, and communication processes.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• High level of professionalism, grooming, and people-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for events when required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Candidate Preference:

✅ Hotel industry background is a major advantage.
