Position: Client Servicing Manager (Events) Location: Kolkata Industry: Events & Experiences Experience Required: 2–5 years in an Event Management Company Type: Full-time Travel: Required (Domestic & International) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional delivery, and delightful experiences. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and driving the success of luxury weddings and corporate events across India and abroad. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients — from onboarding to project completion Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for internal departments Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure flawless execution Create and maintain client-facing documents, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle Travel to event locations for recce, setup, and on-ground execution when required Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and confidence in all interactions Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in client servicing within an Event Management Company is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office — especially Excel (data management, budgeting) and PowerPoint (presentations, proposals) Excellent command over spoken and written English and Hindi Highly presentable , articulate, and confident in client-facing roles Willingness to travel as per project requirements (within India and internationally) Strong time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
