Role Overview: As a Client Servicing / Business Development Specialist at Dancing Dot, you will be responsible for generating revenue for the company through onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be instrumental in developing event strategies that are in line with the company's brand, goals, and objectives. Your role will involve working closely with senior leadership to define the vision and goals for each event, managing relationships with key clients, partners, sponsors, and other external stakeholders. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients. Additionally, you will conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our services, address concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
