Client Servicing/Business Development

As a Client Servicing / Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team based in Kolkata, focusing on driving revenue through acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include generating revenue by onboarding new clients, developing strategic event plans in line with the company's brand and goals, and collaborating with senior leadership to define event objectives and success metrics. You will be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders, conducting regular meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional client service while upholding the highest quality standards in execution. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4 to 7 years of experience in event management, client servicing, or business development. A minimum qualification of a Graduate degree is required, and fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages is preferred.
