You're the link between the client, creative, and strategy teams while ensuring projects stay on track, feedback loops stay clear, and every delivery feels seamless.

You'll shadow senior team members, learn how brand relationships are built, and grow into someone who can handle projects end-to-end with confidence.

What You'll Do

Client Coordination

• Be the daily point of contact for assigned brands.
• Take notes during meetings, summarise action points, and follow up till closure.
• Manage feedback, approvals, and minor client queries with clarity and warmth.
• Support your Manager in preparing reports, decks, and review documents.

Project Tracking

• Maintain tasks and timelines on project management software.
• Ensure daily progress updates and flag delays early.
• Coordinate between design, video, and content teams for smooth delivery.
• Double-check posts, captions, and files before sharing with clients.

Internal Communication

• Keep teams aligned on what's due when and ensure no missed handovers.
• Help schedule reviews, shoots, and presentations.
• Maintain updated dashboards and trackers for your assigned brands.
  

Who You Are

• 12 years of experience in a creative or digital environment (internships count).
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.
• Understands how creative work moves from idea ? design ? delivery.
• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Asana, Sheets, and Drive.
• Loves solving problems and keeping things moving.
  

Nice-to-Haves (Optional)

• Prior experience managing social media deliverables or creative production.
• Basic understanding of brand communication and content formats.
• Interest in growing into a Client Servicing / Account Manager role.
