Client Services Support Specialist I / II

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Inbound Voice Support

  • customer service

  • Perform typing and handle MS Office tools efficiently.

  • US shifts

  • 100% from office

  • Provide prompt support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • 23 years of relevant international voice process experience

  • communication & interpersonal skills

  • Typing proficiency + MS Office knowledge.

  • added advantage

  • immediate joiners

  • PUC / Diploma

Interview Process:

  1. Voice & Communication Assessment + Typing Test

  2. Operations Round

  3. HR Fitment Round
