Client Services Officer

Mandatory-

Candidates should have 70% in 10th, 12th and 60% In Graduation and MBA.

Should have good communication skill.

If have only one years exp in sales can apply

Good understanding level.

Age criteria - Up to -28 years max

• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in resolving client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements for service quality.
• Support sales teams in upselling and cross-selling company products/services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Achieve set targets related to client retention, satisfaction, and service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹28,544.11 - ₹35,325.70 per month
