Client Services Intern (Female)

We are looking for a Client Services Intern to join our team and support in building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Position: Client Services Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 / month

Internship Type: Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Assist in client onboarding, communication, and support activities.

Coordinate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain records of client communications and service requests.

Handle client queries professionally via email, calls, and meetings.

Prepare and share status reports, presentations, and updates with clients.

Research and suggest ideas to improve client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

Female candidate preferred, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Pursuing or completed graduation in Business, Management, IT, or related field.

Strong command of English (written & spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism.

Basic understanding of IT/software services will be an advantage.
