Client Service Manager – Advertising Agency

We’re seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager who blends strategic communication skills, AI-driven marketing insights, and exceptional client engagement abilities. You'll be the vital bridge between our creative and digital teams and global clients, ensuring seamless project execution, insightful presentations, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client presentations, confidently conveying creative ideas, strategy, and campaign performance.
• Engage with clients across time zones, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a consultative approach.
• Use AI tools to craft smarter marketing solutions and personalize client offerings.
• Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and performance teams to deliver on brand and campaign goals.
• Anticipate client needs, solve challenges proactively, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and feedback loops efficiently for both regional and international campaigns.
• Stay updated with advertising trends, especially in automation, personalization, and AI content generation.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in client servicing within advertising, creative, or digital marketing agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with global clients across industries (FMCG, Tech, Healthcare, Entertainment etc.).
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and how they’re used for copy, creative, analytics, and automation.
• Confident in handling CXOs, marketing heads, and international stakeholders.
• A go-getter attitude, team spirit, and problem-solving mindset.
