Legal Advisory Case Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex litigation cases, ensuring that client matters are handled efficiently and effectively with applicable laws and regulations.

Client Representation: Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, general and administrative cases, both at trial and appellate levels. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business development and client retention.

Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze case laws, statutes, and regulations to formulate sound legal strategies for clients.

Client Counseling: Advise and counsel clients on legal matters, providing clear and practical advice while maintaining a strong client relationship.

Business Development: Actively contribute to the firms business development efforts by attracting and retaining clients, participating in marketing initiatives, and expanding the firms litigation practice.

Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and training to junior associates, fostering their professional development and growth within the firm.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable ethical and professional standards and guidelines

Essential Criteria:

Qualified LLB/ LLM from a recognised university with 6/7 years of extensive experience in the relevant practice area.

In-depth knowledge of practise procedures for High Court, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, NGT and other Tribunals.

Drive for technical superiority by staying abreast of developments in the law and be the go-to subject matter expert.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadline effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to manage a team and deliver as per requirement of client.
