Role Overview: As a Pipeline Specialist at Global Nurse Force (GNF), you will play a crucial role in owning the candidate journey from the moment the agreement is signed to their arrival in the U.S. You will be responsible for managing communication between nurses, credentialing, immigration, and deployment teams to ensure a seamless process. Your role will involve tracking and updating candidate progress through licensing, documentation, and pre-deployment milestones, troubleshooting obstacles with speed and empathy, and building relationships with international nurses to reduce anxiety during their transition.
