Client Relationship Specialist

The role requires you to provide first-level support for handling incoming support requests related to Odoo ERP. You will be responsible for addressing issues and resolving them promptly. Additionally, you will assist in configuring Odoo modules based on user needs and business requirements. Your duties will also include identifying, analyzing, and resolving system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users. It is crucial to maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference. Conducting training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively use the software is also part of the role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, functional, and business teams, is essential to identify root causes of issues and ensure continuous improvements. Regularly monitoring system performance, optimizing workflows, and suggesting enhancements for a better user experience are key responsibilities. You will also assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features. Communication with clients and stakeholders to provide technical assistance and functional guidance as needed is a vital aspect of the role. Maintaining detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience. This is a full-time position based in Surat, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.
