This is a Revenue Share/Commission-Based Partnership opportunity NOT a fixed salary job. We are a performance-focused digital agency seeking an experienced partner to lead Client Acquisition and serve as a strategic team member for successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding (Core Focus): Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new performance marketing service contracts (B2B sales).
• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with our delivery team to define the initial campaign strategy and KPIs for new clients.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for your acquired clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Compensation Model

• Initial Commission: A high percentage 20% to 30% of the clients first month's retainer fee, paid upon contract signing.
• Recurring Commission: A percentage 5% to 10% of the clients monthly fee, paid every month for the life of the contract.
