Client Relationship Officer

As a Client Relationship Officer (CRO) at The Marriage Fit, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth client servicing, supporting internal coordination, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your role involves engaging with clients to provide information, maintaining professional relationships, coordinating between internal teams and clients, addressing client requirements with accuracy and empathy, and supporting appointment management and timely execution of services. Additionally, you will handle Live event management, maintain structured records of client interactions, and contribute to operational and administrative tasks to strengthen overall business support. Qualifications required for this role include being a BBA graduate (any specialization - Marketing, HR, or Operations preferred) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset with a client-first approach.
