Job Description

Position Overview: Marriage Fit is seeking a dedicated and organized Therapy Admin Executive to join our team. This role involves managing client inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions, and coordinating therapy appointments and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach and excellent administrative skills to support a seamless therapeutic experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage and guide client inquiries related to therapy services.
  • Clearly articulate and explain therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their understanding and comfort.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive records of client interactions, including therapy schedules, progress notes, and transaction details.
  • Coordinate between therapists and clients to streamline session scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Address client concerns promptly and provide accurate information regarding therapy services and procedures.
  • Manage financial transactions with accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
  • Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions and record-keeping.
  • Monitor and manage therapy-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of 12th standard or a Bachelor's degree (preferred in Psychology, Social Work, or related field).
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of therapeutic practices or willingness to learn about therapy-related services.
  • Proficiency in handling schedules, maintaining client confidentiality, and resolving queries effectively.
  • Familiarity with clinical or therapy software (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Saturday

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
