Client Relationship Officer

You will be responsible for handling customers, phone calls, appointments, and customer communications, as well as managing walk-in customers for admissions. Your duties will include facilitating and documenting admissions, building rapport, and establishing good relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the entire facility and leading customer engagement initiatives to enhance customer relationships and retention. As a team player, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Previous customer care experience is preferred, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations is crucial, and proficiency in MS Office is required. Good communication in English is a must, as you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule. The job location is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, so reliable commuting or plans to relocate before starting work are necessary. The ideal candidate should have a total of 5 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
