Roles and Responsibilities: Handling customers, phone calls, appointments, and customer communications. Managing walk-in customers for admissions. Facilitating and documenting admissions. Building rapport and establishing good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Managing the entire facility. Leading customer engagement initiatives to build customer relationships and retention. Requirements: A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn. Previous customer care experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability). Candidate should have knowledge of MS Office. Candidate should have good communication in English. Responsible for providing excellent customer support service.
