Role Description

Client Relationship Manager for our real estate business

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building rapport.
• Experience in managing customer queries, maintaining professional interactions, and resolving client concerns efficiently.
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively coordinate client requirements and follow up consistently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and other relevant software to maintain and track client data.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and customer service practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Location- Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP

Experience- 6 months to 4 years

Note- Candidates from Real Estate and Hospitality Background are preferred.
