Client Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager at HiLITE Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for customers post-sale, managing the entire customer life cycle from booking to possession and beyond. You will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, legal, finance, and construction to address customer queries and concerns effectively. Providing regular updates to clients on construction progress, documentation, and handover timelines will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner, organizing site visits, client meetings, and property handovers, as well as building strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and referral business. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BBA/MBA or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate or automobile industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A good understanding of real estate documentation and post-sales processes is required, as well as the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and manage client expectations effectively.
