As a Client Relationship Manager/Executive in the digital marketing field, your role will involve managing communication, coordination, and performance reviews for multiple clients within a digital marketing agency. You should have hands-on experience working with SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads teams to convert client expectations into actionable plans effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients - Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable tasks - Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Creative) to ensure timely delivery - Review and quality-check deliverables before sharing with clients - Track campaign performance and assist in preparing analytical reports - Conduct review calls, share performance updates, and guide clients on next steps - Maintain client documents, briefs, reports, and communication logs - Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals - Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones are met - Resolve concerns proactively and maintain strong client satisfaction Qualification Required (Must-Haves): - Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency - Experience managing 5-10 active clients simultaneously - Clear understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads - Ability to interpret basic performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Reach, Impressions) - Strong communication, clarity, and confidence in client interactions - Experience coordinating with cross-functional digital marketing teams - High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability Additional Company Details: This role is strictly on-site in Indore. Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager, CRM platforms, and project management tools would be considered a bonus advantage. Experience managing enterprise or high-value clients, as well as the ability to prepare performance decks or summary reports, are also advantageous.
