Position : Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Experience : At least 1 years Industry : Recruitment Consultancy Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Job Responsibilities :- A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) in a recruitment organization acts as a link between the client and the recruiter. Their main responsibilities include: Building Relationships – Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Effective Communication – Act as the primary point of contact between clients and recruiters, ensuring clear and timely communication. Recruitment Process Knowledge – Understand and oversee the recruitment process to ensure smooth hiring. Coordination & Support – Assist recruiters by providing client requirements and feedback to streamline the hiring process. Problem-Solving – Address client concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction. Reporting & Updates – Keep clients and recruiters informed with regular updates on hiring progress. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Language: English, Hindi, Bengali (Preferred) Work Location: In person
