Client Relationship Internship

As an intern at the company, your day-to-day responsibilities will include interacting regularly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. You will also be providing software training to new and existing clients and addressing and resolving day-to-day queries from clients in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will be ensuring all processes follow the defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. It will be essential to maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to clients. Keeping records of client interactions, training sessions, and issue resolutions is also a key part of your role. Your contribution to overall client satisfaction and retention is crucial.
