Role Overview:

The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing post-sale client interactions, coordinating documentation, resolving client concerns, and ensuring a positive and smooth experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale, ensuring smooth coordination of all post-sale activities.
  • Documentation Support: Assist clients with documentation and coordinate with internal departments and legal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Query Handling: Address client queries, concerns, and requests professionally, ensuring timely responses and clarity.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, documentation status, and case updates.
  • Regular Follow-Ups: Keep clients informed about their pending work, documentation progress, and any required updates.
  • Internal Coordination: Work with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless handling of all client-related matters.
  • Client Satisfaction Tracking: Update and maintain a client satisfaction or issue-tracking sheet for timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly updates for management on documentation progress, pending cases, concerns, and resolutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn (for freshers)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Problem-solving approach and ability to handle clients professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines

Preferred (Optional) Advantages:

  • Internship or experience in real estate, customer service, or documentation handling
  • Familiarity with client coordination, CRM tools, or basic documentation processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
