Job Description

Job Title: Client Relationship Executive
Department: Business Development
Location: Cochin, Kerala
Reporting To: Project Manager
(Preferred Female candidates)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve concerns effectively.

Sales & Business Support

  • Assist the sales team with lead follow-up and conversions.
  • Support in onboarding new clients and coordinating required documentation.
  • Present products/services to clients and explain features clearly.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM tools regularly.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, Admin) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and service appointments as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and visits.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on client activities, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Track client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client contracts and service agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or sales support.
  • Experience in training/education/IT/technical institution domain is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
