Key Roles and Responsibilities
● Procuring existing clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.● Conducting quality assurance on all produced documents including research articles, review articles, books, etc.● Keeping the clients updated about the latest services.● Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.● Understanding the customer's problem and troubleshooting it with an optimal and effective solution.
