Job Description

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services/products.
Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Upsell and cross-sell company services/products to existing clients.
Track client satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Maintain records of client communications, transactions, and feedback.
Prepare reports on account status, performance, and future plans.

Requirements:

Should continue working with us for minimum 1.5 years
Freshers preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,693.62 - ₹14,972.71 per month

Work Location: In person
