Client Relationship Executive | Client Coordination (Entry Level)

Role Overview

• This is a pure coordination and interaction role. Your main focus is to ensure our clients feel supported and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Communication: Making and receiving calls with HNI (High Net-Worth) clients.
• Meeting Coordination: Scheduling Zoom meetings between clients and our Mutual Fund advisory team.
• Follow-ups: Managing reminders and basic client interactions via phone and professional WhatsApp.
• Internal Liaison: Passing vital information between clients and the internal team.
• Documentation: Handling basic record-keeping and scheduling.

Who Should Apply? (Perfect for Freshers!)

We prioritize personality and communication skills over technical finance knowledge. Full training is provided!

• Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi.
• Confidence: Comfortable speaking on calls or video meetings.
• Professionalism: Polite, well-mannered, and organised.
• Location: Preferably from Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, or Panchkula.
• Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, CRM, front desk, or support roles.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on fit).

Work Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Note: 4th Saturday of every month is a holiday.
