The ideal candidate will manage client relationships by overseeing order fulfillment, addressing client queries, and ensuring after-sales satisfaction. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and the ability to understand and resolve client issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include utilizing analytical skills to improve customer experiences, strong follow-up abilities, and implementing CRM strategies to drive client retention.
