Client Relationship Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while ensuring high satisfaction and retention. The role involves regular client interaction, issue resolution, upselling services, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services
• Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and service delivery
• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in CRM
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for smooth execution
• Work towards client retention, repeat business, and upselling targets
• Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and MIS
• Maintain professional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Ed-Tech, IT services, Banking, Insurance, or Corporate Sales
• Prior experience in client servicing or account management
• Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
