The Client Relationship & Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end management of design and engineering projects within the construction domain, ensuring timely and quality delivery of outputs developed using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with clients for project delivery and requirement gathering, collaborating with internal technical engineering teams and HR for recruitment, resourcing, and performance management. This role combines technical understanding, client management, and operational execution.
• Bachelors degree in civil / mechanical / electrical engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction engineering design, BIM coordination, or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing teams working with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model coordination, and data workflows.
• Prior experience in project or delivery management for international (US/UK/ME) projects preferred.
• Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.) desirable.
• Strong team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent client handling and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid technical knowledge of BIM methodologies and model-based design processes.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
