Client Relationship Associate

As a Client Relationship Associate at Leverage edu, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our business partners. What will you do:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product and operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Contract Negotiation:

• Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Feedback Collection:

• Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve services and enhance the overall client experience.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced.

What will you need:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of the education or study abroad industry is a plus.
