Client Relations Executive

The Client Relations Executive (CRE) position based in Ahmedabad is a full-time role that requires you to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through the maintenance of strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include guiding and leading team members to deliver products or services that not only meet but exceed customer requirements. Handling client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate manner is crucial, along with providing refunds and compensations promptly. It is essential to maintain accurate customer correspondence data, develop client-related reports, and manage relationships to foster excellent service reputation and drive repeat business. Problem-solving skills are key in identifying methodologies to resolve customer issues. Familiarity with social media platforms and assisting customers via mail and live chat are also part of the role's requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by good organizational and communication skills.
