Client Relations Executive (Pune)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to manage client communication, internal coordination, and vendor follow-ups, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams
• Coordinate with design, web, marketing, and video teams for deliverables
• Create and manage project timelines, task trackers, and follow-ups
• Handle vendor coordination and procurement (shoots, freelancers, printing, etc.)
• Schedule meetings, calls, and review sessions with clients
• Share regular status updates and collect client feedback
• Manage revisions and ensure final approvals
• Support invoicing coordination and payment follow-ups (with accounts team)
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or account handling
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• Pune-based candidates only
