Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Partner - L&D Strategy. The primary responsibilities include adding new corporate clients, managing client relationships, consulting on learning and development (L&D) strategies, and delivering tailored solutions that align with clients’ objectives. The Client Partner will oversee sales, account management, collaborate with internal teams, and manage end-to-end project execution. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding client needs and ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in B2B Sales, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in Consulting, with a focus on learning and development, or strategic business solutions.
• Proficiency in Consultative Selling, including identifying client needs, proposing training solutions, and driving business growth.
• Strong skills in Project Management for end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of client-focused initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in L&D or project management are a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-specific training challenges in sectors like manufacturing, life sciences, or automotive is an advantage.
