The Client Partner will oversee sales, account management, collaborate with internal teams, and manage end-to-end project execution. The role requires a proactive approach in understanding client needs and ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs. Qualifications Expertise in B2B Sales, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in Consulting, with a focus on learning and development, or strategic business solutions. Proficiency in Consultative Selling, including identifying client needs, proposing training solutions, and driving business growth. Strong skills in Project Management for end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of client-focused initiatives. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and client satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in L&D or project management are a plus. Knowledge of industry-specific training challenges in sectors like manufacturing, life sciences, or automotive is an advantage.
