As a seasoned Portfolio Head - Client partner, your role will involve leading vertical operations with a strong focus on P&L management, business operations, delivery, and account management. Your extensive expertise in IT staffing or T&M recruitment will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives, expanding client portfolios, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse verticals. Key Responsibilities: - **Leadership in P&L Management:** Take full accountability for the profit and loss of the vertical, driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic resource allocation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. - **Strategic Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key clients, tailor solutions to meet their business needs, and ensure long-term partnership growth. - **Executive-Level Strategic Planning:** Lead the development and execution of strategic plans across multiple accounts and geographies, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with company objectives. - **Executive Liaison (SPOC):** Serve as the senior point of contact between the organization and major clients, ensuring seamless communication and fostering trust at the highest levels. - **Operational Excellence:** Oversee large-scale delivery operations, streamline processes, improve client satisfaction, and maintain high success rates in client engagements. - **Stakeholder Engagement & Negotiation:** Engage with senior stakeholders within client organizations, leverage negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and SLAs. - **Client Location Operations:** Operate from client locations as needed to manage relationships, resolve issues, and capture new opportunities. - **P&L Accountability and Collections Management:** Oversee financial performance, including invoicing accuracy, collections, and profitability analysis. - **Business Growth & Competitive Edge:** Develop competitive strategies that enhance delivery speed, quality, and agility to improve market share. - **Sales Leadership & Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed sales targets related to new client acquisitions, contract renewals, and MSA signings through a hands-on approach in driving business outcomes.
