As a Billing and Order Management specialist, your role will involve handling various aspects related to billing, order execution, and client management. You will be responsible for executing orders from receiving Purchase Orders to service deployment, including enabling the cloud platform for clients. In addition, you will handle invoicing and billing in systems such as Quick Books, Tally, or any other ERP. Reporting will be a key part of your responsibilities, including the preparation of various reports for governance, monthly reviews, and quarterly reviews. Furthermore, you will be required to effectively communicate with clients, sales teams, and employees to ensure smooth operations.
