Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end implementation of our SaaS/cloud-based Supply Chain Automation Platform designed for the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate configuration, and seamless product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete client implementation and onboarding cycles.
• Configure the software platform based on client-specific requirements.
• Handle master data, respond to service requests, and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams for timely and smooth delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee go-live activities.
• Ensure user adoption and support post-deployment.
• Prepare client reports and deliver product training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with computer & mobile applications.
• Understanding of FMCG business processes (preferred).
• Experience in SaaS implementation or client support is an added advantage.
• Ability to perform and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
