RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

A dynamic female to manage Studio Operations and client laisioning. This role is all about working closely with our leadership team and collaborating across our design & creative team. The ideal candidate is a well-organised female with excellent communication skills, comfortable in managing day to day studio operations and motivated to translate conversations into result driven solutions.

Job Role

• Partner directly with Agency’s leadership to execute documented new business strategy and tactical initiatives

• Build rapport within the office and Cultivate relationships with agency clients

• Collaborate with design and creative team to ensure flawless execution of day to day creative deliverables.

• Leverage social media platforms for targeted outreach and relationship nurturing

• Use AI and digital tools to streamline outreach and automate where possible

• Track opportunities, document progress, and share insights with leadership to continuously refine strategy

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with exceptional listening skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to follow through on commitments reliably

• Comfortable working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams

• Experience in a branding, PR or marketing agency environment is a plus

• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of social media and AI-driven productivity platforms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
